You share a code, not the file. The code carries an expiry date and you can cut it short whenever you want. And every time someone opens a document, who and when is recorded — exactly what you don't get today when you send a photo over WhatsApp.

What it will cost you (said up front)
- Your documents have to live here, not on your computer. If you don't upload them, there is nothing to share.
- The first time you have to upload and name what you have: an afternoon of work. After that you share with a code, without uploading anything again.
- It doesn't replace your accountant or sign anything for you: it orders your documents and controls who sees what.
Not for you if you only ever share documents with someone you fully trust and no longer care who else has them.
How does it work?
Upload your documents to your file (just once).
Choose which ones to share and generate a code.
Send the code via WhatsApp, email, or however you like.
The other party enters the code and reviews it — without asking you for anything new.
You have three paths
- Keep sending photos over WhatsApp: it costs nothing, and you already know how it ends.
- Upload only what you're asked for again and again (your ID, your certificate, your proof of address) and share it with a code next time someone asks.
- Build your full file: every document, your requirement sets, and who can see them.
The second path is the shortest way to try it, and from there you grow whenever you want.
