📋 What is FundMex?

FundMex promotes your cause — it doesn't process your donations. Unlike GoFundMe or other crowdfunding platforms, money donated to you goes directly to your own PayPal account, never through our systems. We charge a fixed fee to publish and activate your campaign; you keep 100% of every donation.

Title, category, description, cover image, and your PayPal.me link to receive donations.

💳 Activate with a one-time fee

$128 MXN per campaign (plus $67 MXN registration the first time). VAT and payment fee included.

📣 Promotion included

Your campaign appears on the public blog, is shareable on WhatsApp/Facebook, and is searchable by category.

Everything about your campaign lives in "My Panel":

Create your campaign

"New Campaign" — title, category, description (with images), cover image, and your PayPal.me link. Pay right away or save it as a draft.

Activate it with payment

A campaign saved as a draft isn't visible to the public until it's paid. From "My Panel" you'll see a "Pay →" button while it's pending.

Edit it anytime

Title, description, category, cover image, and your PayPal.me link can be updated at any time, paid or not.

Share it

Every campaign has WhatsApp and Facebook share buttons, plus it appears automatically on the public blog once active.

⚠️ Deleting a campaign is permanent — there's no way to recover it afterward.

💳 Fees

These fees are for using the platform — they're separate from your donations, which always reach your PayPal in full.

$67 MXN — Registration

One-time, charged automatically alongside your first campaign. Never charged again.

$128 MXN — Per campaign

Charged for every campaign you activate, including the first (where it's added to registration: $195 MXN total). Prices include VAT and the payment fee; the amount shown at checkout is always the current one.

💙 How Donations Work

The "Donate Now" button on your campaign leads directly to your own PayPal.me link — the one you set when creating or editing the campaign. FundMex never sees or holds that money; the donor chooses the amount and sends it straight to you.

💡 If you haven't set a PayPal.me link, your campaign won't show the donate button. Add it from "Edit Campaign" at any time.

If you'd prefer step-by-step guidance setting up your PayPal.me account correctly, we offer an optional one-time advisory service for $311 MXN (VAT and payment fee included) — available from the FundMex homepage.

🔧 Troubleshooting

I paid but my campaign is still inactive — PayPal confirmation can take a couple of minutes. If it's still pending after 10-15 minutes, contact us with your campaign number.

The donate button isn't showing on my campaign — check that you've saved a valid PayPal.me link under "Edit Campaign".

Can I change my PayPal.me link later? — yes, anytime from "Edit Campaign", paid or not.
