InfoScope lets you design your own data-collection form — no code, no web development needed — and share a public link with your own logo and brand color front and center. Responses get filtered, visualized, and exported from a private dashboard.

Create a form
From "My Forms", click "New form" and give it a title.
Add your branding
Upload your logo and pick your brand color — both apply immediately to the public form.
Add fields
"Add field" for each piece of data you want to collect — label, type, and whether it's required. Dropdown/radio/checkbox fields ask for their choices, one per line.
Share the link
Copy the public link from the builder or from "My Forms" and share it anywhere — social media, WhatsApp, email.

It's a blank page with no chzr.llc branding at all — just your logo, your color, and your questions. Anyone can fill it out, no account needed.
