Post what you need, get quotes from any person or business, and pick the best one.
📋 What does this module do?
Plaza is an open board: any registered person or business posts something they need (a repair, a build, a class, anything), and any other person or business can quote it. Whoever posted reviews every quote received and picks the one that suits them best -- at that point the post closes, the winner is notified, and everyone else who quoted gets a thank-you instead of silence.
💡 Posting and quoting happen on behalf of your active entity (your personal profile or whichever business you have selected), not your individual user -- same as the rest of the platform.

Describe what you need, flag it as urgent or as requiring on-site service.
💬 Quote
Anyone can offer a price to resolve what others posted -- except their own post.
✅ Choose and close
You decide who gets the job. Everyone else gets a thank-you, not silence.
📢 Posting a need
On publicar.php, describe what you need in one clear sentence (e.g. "Waterproof the roof, 80m²"). Check Urgent? if you need a fast response, and On-site service? if the work has to happen at your location -- both flags let quoters offer a different price for those conditions.
🗒️ The board and quoting
tablero.php shows every open need from other entities (never your own -- you can't quote your own post). Click Cotizar, enter your price (plus the urgent/on-site price if it applies), and send it. If you've already quoted, the button switches to "Ya cotizaste" -- you can quote again to adjust your price; the previous quote is replaced, not duplicated.
💡 Whoever posted gets an email every time a new quote comes in.
✅ Choosing a quote
On mis_publicaciones.php you see your open posts and how many quotes each has. Opening "Ver Cotizaciones" lets you compare prices and pick one with Elegir esta cotización. When you choose:
If you no longer need the post resolved, use Cancelar Publicación instead of choosing a quote -- anyone who already quoted is notified too.
🏪 Directorio: classified listings
The Directorio is Plaza's second section -- distinct from the needs board. Here you post a standing listing for your business, a vehicle, a property, or an office, and anyone can see it and reach out directly. Unlike the board, a Directorio listing doesn't close itself -- it stays visible until you pause or delete it.
📇 General
Your business card: a free-text business category (Cakes, Piñatas, Cell Phones...), logo, up to 4 item photos, description, social links, and contact info.
🚗 Vehicle
A full spec sheet (brand, model, year, transmission, etc.) with up to 10 angle photos.
🏠 Real Estate / 🏢 Office
Rent or sale, bedrooms/m², parking, furnished, and up to 8 photos.
💰 1 free listing in each of General, Vehicle, and Real Estate (one per category). Office has no free listing. Any additional listing in any category costs $116.00 MXN (VAT included) via PayPal. Editing an existing listing -- any field, any number of times -- is always free; the fee only applies to creating a new listing beyond your free quota.
The Directorio's category icons filter the list, and the search box next to them looks across business category, title, description, city, state, and postal code at once -- handy once there are hundreds of listings. Click any photo inside a listing's detail view to open it full-size and scroll/flip through the rest (useful when an ad's text is embedded in the image).
Manage your listings from mis_anuncios.php (or the "Ver tus anuncios" icon on your profile): edit, pause/reactivate, complete a pending payment, or delete. A listing with pending payment doesn't show up in the Directorio until payment is confirmed.
