The team's notification and presence hub -- see who's active, what happened in other modules, and send quick messages, all in one place.
Team isn't a standalone module -- it's the nervous system connecting events from other modules (Vehicles, Leads, Reporter, Tickets, etc.) to notifications you actually see. When something important happens anywhere on the platform -a work order gets assigned to you, a new lead comes in, inventory drops below the reorder point- Team alerts you here, without you having to check every module separately.
Events from any platform module land in one inbox, with an unread badge.
See who on your team is active right now and on which page, refreshed every 30 seconds.
Direct communication between team members without leaving the platform.
The main tab when you open Team. Each notification comes from a real event in another module -these aren't generic. The number next to the bell icon in the nav bar (on any page across the platform) shows how many you have unread.
Shows who on your team is using the platform right now and which page they're on. This updates via an automatic "ping" every 30 seconds from each person's browser -you don't need to do anything to show up here, simply browsing the platform keeps you visible to the rest of the team.
Use the β» Refresh button if you want to force an immediate read instead of waiting for the next automatic cycle.
A simple messaging channel between team members, no need for WhatsApp or email to coordinate something quick during the workday.
This is what makes Team different from a simple inbox: any platform module can "notify" Team when something important happens, and Team takes care of showing it to you here. Currently connected:
| Module | What triggers a notification |
|---|---|
| Vehicles / Assets | Work order assigned, work order completed, inventory below reorder point |
| Leads | New lead captured |
| Reporter | New bug report or suggestion |
π‘ If you notice an event from some module is NOT reaching you as a notification here, that specific module probably isn't connected to Team yet -it's an integration added module by module, not automatic platform-wide.
