👑 What is this module?

A dashboard to run a club or membership business: log entries and exits, manage members and their account status, charge dues and services, and handle bookings for the gym, spa, courts, or trainers.

🚪 Access

Log a member's entry or exit in a couple of clicks. The screen shows how many members are currently inside the club and today's access log.

💡 The method (manual, card, QR, fingerprint) is just a label for how the entry was logged — a real reader can log directly without changing the flow.

🪪 Members

📇 Details

Name, email, phone, membership tier (basic, plus, gold) and status (active, suspended, cancelled).

💳 Account Status

The invoice icon next to each member shows their full payment history and balance.

💰 Payments

Log membership dues or payments for additional services (gym, spa, classes). The services catalog is managed from the same screen — each service has a cost and, optionally, a maximum capacity per time slot.

📅 Bookings

Schedule a service for a member on a given date and time. If the service has a defined capacity, the system shows how many spots are already booked for that slot before confirming.

🔧 FAQ

Why doesn't a member show as "inside the club"? Occupancy is based on each member's latest access record for the day — if their last entry has no later exit, they count as present.

Can I deactivate a member without deleting their history? Yes — "Delete" on the members list only sets their status to "cancelled"; their payments and access log stay intact.
