📋 What does this module do?

NetHub is a virtual-office/mail-receiving service: subscribe to a plan, and every package or letter that arrives under your name gets logged, optionally scanned, and held until you ask for it to be forwarded or picked up.

💳 Subscription plans

Three monthly tiers (Básico/Estándar/Premium), paid by PayPal — see Plans below.

📦 Package tracking

Every package moves through a real status: received → scanned → stored → forwarded → delivered (or destroyed, for anything unclaimed too long).

🖨️ Document scans

Staff can scan a package's contents and upload it — you view or download it from "My Packages" without needing the physical item.

🔒 Private by design

You only ever see your own packages — staff sees everyone's, through a separate admin screen.

💳 Plans

PlanPriceScans includedStorage
Básico$580 MXN/month (VAT incl.)——
Estándar$1,160 MXN/month (VAT incl.)20/month—
Premium$1,740 MXN/month (VAT incl.)20/monthIncluded

Pick a plan on subscribe.php and pay via PayPal — your subscription activates automatically once the payment is confirmed (no manual step on our side).

💡 If you're not logged in yet, choosing a plan sends you to sign up first, then brings you straight back to finish subscribing.

📦 My Packages

Your personal package list, with each item's current status, sender, and any scan attached. A package's life cycle:

1

Received

Staff logged it as arrived under your name.

2

Scanned

If it's a document, staff may scan its contents — you can view/download it directly.

3

Stored / Forwarded / Delivered

Held for you, sent onward, or handed over — whichever you arranged.

🔧 Troubleshooting

I don't see a plan I subscribed to — payment confirmation can take a minute; if it still doesn't show, the PayPal payment may not have completed.
A package isn't showing up — packages only appear once staff has logged them on their end; contact us if something you're expecting hasn't shown up after a few days.
I can't open a scan — scans are only added when a package actually contains a document worth scanning; not every package gets one.
