JobsPost a vacancy or search for work -- candidates apply with the profile they already have, no separate resume upload.
Jobs is a vacancy board: any entity posts an open position, and any registered person can apply. Applying doesn't ask for a separate resume -- it uses the trade/profession, work history, and education the candidate already has on their profile (sites/CHZR/login/profile_work.php and profile_education.php).
π‘ Posting a vacancy happens under your active entity -- same as the rest of the platform.
Title, description, location, modality, employment type, and an optional salary range.
One click with your existing profile -- no re-entering your experience.
Mark each application as reviewing, interview, rejected, or hired.
On publicar.php, fill in the title, description, location, modality (on-site/remote/hybrid), and employment type. Trade/profession is optional but recommended -- it uses the same catalog as user profiles, so it helps candidates in that trade find your posting when filtering. The salary range is also optional; uncheck Show range publicly to display "Negotiable" instead.
From mis_vacantes.php you can edit, close/reopen, or delete a posting -- deleting is only available while it has no applications yet (close it instead once it does, to keep the history).
buscar.php lists every open posting, filterable by keyword, trade, and modality. Opening a posting on job_view.php, the Apply with my profile button sends your application immediately -- you can add an optional message for the recruiter, but there are no fields to fill about your experience: that's already on your profile.
π‘ Track every application from mis_postulaciones.php (or the "Jobs" card on your profile). You can withdraw an application as long as it isn't marked hired or rejected.
From mis_vacantes.php, the applicants icon next to each posting opens the list of who applied: name, contact info, trade, message, and a status selector (applied, reviewing, interview, rejected, hired). The profile icon next to each applicant shows their full work history and education -- the same content from their profile, no separate resume needed.
